Jam made with peaches harvested from our farms in Caspe (Zaragoza).
When the peaches are small, they are bagged, one by one, to cultivate them very seasoned and protected from external agents that could damage their delicate skin. This technique of bagging them is very typical of our area, Bajo Aragón, so they grow inside from the bag, achieving a beautiful yellow color and an intense aroma of ripe fruit under the sun. It is made with ripe, bright, seasoned peaches and sugar to achieve that soft and delicious flavor, so pleasant of ripe peach. This sweet jam is ready to use and enjoy in cookies, sandwiches, as well as accompanying salads, meats, chicken and fish. It goes very well with foie gras or cheese. It is a unique taste experience.
Made naturally and artisanally, without preservatives or additives.
