Sweet cream made with olives of the Empeltre variety, common in Southern Aragon, harvested in our olive groves.
It is made with black, ripe, shiny olives and sugar to achieve that delicious and very pleasant sweet olive flavour. This sweet olive tapenade is ready to use and enjoy on crackers, sandwiches, as well as accompanying salads, meats, chicken and fish. It goes very well with foie gras or cheese.
