Jam made with pears harvested from our farms in Caspe (Zaragoza).
It is made with ripe, seasoned, shiny pears, dark chocolate and sugar to achieve that smooth and delicious flavor, so pleasant of ripe pears. This sweet jam is ready to use and enjoy in cookies, sandwiches, as well as accompanying salads, meats, chicken and fish. It goes very well with foie gras or cheese. It is a unique taste experience.
Made naturally and artisanally, without preservatives or additives.

Ingredients: 70% pears, 25% sugar and 5% dark chocolate (minimum 64% cocoa)
It is sold in a 120 g bottle for the final consumer.
