From the desert of Los Monegros we collect the caperberry, it is a wild collection, respectful of the environment.
It is the fruit of the caper, it is oval in shape, it is harvested manually and it is small (like an olive, it is more tender that way). It is a product of a high gastronomic level with its own texture and flavor.
Widely used as an aromatic condiment, as an appetizer or as an additive to salads. It is made by hand, in brine.
Ingredients: Caperrón de Ballobar, water and salt.
It is sold in a 200g glass jar.
