Small pickled onions with Modena vinegar.
It is a dark caramelized onion thanks to the Modena vinegar with which it is made, crunchy texture, medium size, mild flavor.
It arises because we do not use artificial colors in our products and we use vinegar to change the color and flavor of some of the products we make.
Ingredients: Onion, Modena vinegar, water and salt.
May contain TRACES of SULPHITES.
It is sold in a 200 gr bottle for the final consumer.
Also available in a 2.500 gr plastic jar bucket for catering.
