Made with delicious and spicy red chilli peppers harvested in Lower Aragon, the production process starts as soon as they are harvested, when they are very ripe, changing colour to red, carefully seasoned for months to achieve that unique flavour.
It is a vegetable pâté with a spicy flavour and certain acidic notes thanks to the chilli peppers with which it is made. It is highly appreciated in international cuisine, for the preparation of everyday dishes, such as pasta, rice, salads, dressings, vinaigrettes, meat and/or fish. Its spicy flavour with slight acid touches is related to the mami flavour. Its firm and soft texture makes this product a delicious red vegetable pâté, a must in the kitchen of spicy food lovers.
