Green olives, whose production process begins at the very moment of harvesting, when the olives are at their best with a bright green colour and continues with a natural dressing.
It is a sweet-tasting olive pâté with hints of toast thanks to the almonds with which it is made, which is highly appreciated in international cuisine, for the preparation of everyday dishes such as pasta, rice, salads, dressings, vinaigrettes, meat and/or fish. It has a sweet taste with slight hints of balsam and is related to the mami flavour. Its firm and soft texture makes this product a delicious cream-coloured vegetable pâté.
