Pâté of Lower Aragonese olives of the Empeltre variety and dried tomatoes from Caspe.
Black olives, whose production process begins at the very moment of harvesting, when the olives are at their best with a shiny jet black colour, and continues with a natural dressing.
It is a sweet-tasting olive pâté with a certain touch that is highly appreciated in international cuisine, for the preparation of everyday dishes, such as pasta, rice, salads, dressings, vinaigrettes, meat and/or fish. Its sweet taste with slight hints of balsam is related to the mami flavour. Its firm and soft texture makes this product a delicious vegetable pâté.
The process of elaboration of the dried tomato of Caspe dehydrated in a natural and respectful way with the product so that it preserves all its properties, tomatoes cultivated in our farm, of dark colour. Natural and artisan production with extra virgin olive oil from Bajo Aragón, to achieve an exceptional flavour, without preservatives or additives.

Ingredients: Empeltre olives 75%, Caspe dried tomatoes 24%, extra virgin olive oil and spices. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
It is sold in 120 gram jars for final consumers.
